new version 2.0.3 released

Changelog
  • It is now possible to open a connection group at startup with the command line argument "/congroup". E.g.: WinSSHTerm.exe /congroup="My Group" (thanks to Adrian P.)
  • Minor changes to the GUI
  • Applied code changes from v1
